For a small annual fee, your entire team has unlimited use of the registry regardless of the number of users. You receive our entire toolbox, personalized accounts and login credentials, the ability to upload data, the opportunity to review local and national benchmarks and to selectively publish the data.

We offer three different registries:

ADULT Registry (for patients greater than 18 years of age)

PEDIATRIC Registry (for patients less than 18 years of age)

NEONATAL Registry (for neonates)

The cost for either the Adult or Pediatric registries is now $0, with access to all registries. The Neonatal Registry will be $0 as well.
